- Notes In 1987, because central Liberia had only one paved road and rains from September until April, it is unlikely that the 13-year-old creator of this car had ever seen a car such as this except in a magazine. He more than likely dreamed of being able to own such an extravagant vehicle as the convertible. The toy is made from cement and has exquisite details including a steering wheel, shift lever, speakers, side mirrors and wheels that turn.
